A pill that helps against it? Some massage? Some magic tree root to chew that helps?
Judging by my children it seems to be a terminal illness, however I live in hopes that one day there will be a cure and they will become model children. I'm not going to hold my breath waiting though.
Yeah, not the best) but this is life, sometimes we must steel some sleep from ourselfs and coffe here is a good companion) just don't do that often- like once a year and you'll be fine(:
its called healthy eating and regular exerscise. your body is awake and energized when its fit and healthy. getting enough sleep (not too little or too much) also helps
Enter a hypnotic trance(preferably with Dr. Strange's help) and visit your subconsciousness. Then, find the lazy-monster within and kill it! Problem solved.
Try writing a novel... you will always wait until you have spare time when you can really get yourself inspired. You can sell it if you are lucky! :)
Yes, better help. Motivate them. Show them different outdoor games and stuff, it's up for you. You make them people, you grow them up. Good luck!

Get to the gym! Its a time killer too. There's many things to try out, it's beneficial to you and it makes you active.
