but is it healthy to cut out all possible salts?/
It is very hard to do unless you went on special homemade diet, but NO. Without some salt (potassium chloride) your body will fail and you will die.
But modern American diets have more salt than you need, even if you never salt your food at the table, because most all processed foods contain it.
I dont eat processed food anyway. lol
so pretty much no salt is an epic fail??
