Why does my keyboard do this (read description)?

It hadn’t happened in forever but the earlier it started again. When I’m using google chrome the letters ‘c’ and ‘h’ stop working. I’ve found a way to make it work but I have to hold shift and it’s a right pain. Has this happened to anyone else? Last time I believe it just went away on it’s own but I don’t know.. Any help? :)
