What are some key elements for an 80's look?

What about cutting an old shirt or sweatshirt shoulder off? You could also wear some colorful tights under a skirt or shorts, that’s what some girls did.

You defiantly need a pair of leg warmers!!! We had a decades day and I was dressed 80’s and they were a hit! Make them wacky and wild colors too. And also lots of bright eye shadow and tons of eye liner!! Good luck!

Kids at my school call me the 80’s girl so this is fun for me! All you need are bell bottom jeans, big hair, lots of colorful makeup I’ll post some pics or a video for you about the makeup :) and scarves like dressy one that u don’t wear for winter get one of those or a bandana and tie it around your forehead like a head band :) that’s always a classic 80s hair style and in the 80s perms and curly hair was big so if u really want I’ll post you a video on 80s hair too :3 and just a pair of beat up converse or cowboy boots work great :) with tops deffinetly try to make an off the shoulder shirt or even if u wanna go for an 80s rock sorta look you can get really funky button ups and wear them with a vest, the 80s were all about being wild and funky so u can also throw animal prints in the mix! Like animal print leggings or pants anything like that :) I really hope I could help!

Also if u have glasses find some big ones. Bright colors always go with it
