I wanna be a pediatrician btw..does anyone know how much they make on average per year?
Personally I'd prefer to be a pharmacist. Chemistry was my favorite hard science subject and I wouldn't like to have to deal with other people's body fluids (blood, vomit, phlem, mucus, pus, pee, poo, bile, etc.). If you don't mind dealing with other people's effluents than pediatrician or family practice would be good choices. Family practitioners generally make around $150k/year and pediatricians make about $155k/year. Getting into medical school is competitive and getting through the program is difficult so becoming an MD is easier said than done. Good luck!
being a health promotion worker id say my own but every profession has its downsides and benefits. from what ive researched there is great benefits and rewards from optometry and radiography. the studies would not be that difficult if you enjoy science especially physiology and the hours (depending on your health service) would be agreeable.
I think a dermatologist is best. Its relaxed and you would have no emergencies. You don't even need to touch anything, you can be a dermartologist by just looking at peoples skin. And healthcaresalaryonline say pediatricians make 77.60 an hour. Thats $161,410.
While dermatology is certainly a lower stress profession than cardiac or neuro- surgeons they have emergencies as well. Dermatological problems can be symptoms of life-threatening illnesses.
