Jealous Guy friend..?

I told my Guy friend that I liked him and that was back in the summer…When I told him this he didnt contemplate becoming an item however he didnt deny that he liked me ..he said that the timing just wasnt rite and if only I had come 2 him sooner..I know that he had his eye on some other girl who s a friend of his and he still does…if he still likes this girl then why does he have a scowl on his face when I flirt with other guys…?
