Was working fine ... I download from Limewire, Turned off computer, Next day went into sync to iphone and Itunes wont open. I downloaded updated I tunes and chose repair & reload. Still nothing. I removed Itunes completely and reinstall and still nothing!!! I dbl click the mouse icon flickers for a second and then nothing... I checked task manager and It is not in applications so Its not running but I cant figure out why !!! Help!!! Leave Thursday for Mexico and need the tunes for a long plane ride!!! Thanks Smoke
I had this problem and found the performing a registry clean solved the problem. I used jvPowerTools 2009. Hope this helps.

install it again
