Is there anything I can do to make my breast grow?

It’s really unlikely it will make a big difference but I saw on a video that if you put your arms out like really muscly guys do when flexing their muscles, and then pull them in towards your face, so they are pressing your boobs together as well.

Also, just playing with them! Doing it for 5/10 minutes a day :)

Other than that - just wait a few years. A lot of guys actually prefer smaller chested women.

Anyway, I’m also fairly flat chested. It doesn’t bother me in the slightest. I can run, jump, skip, wear any clothes I want, and not have to worry about huge boobs flappin around and getting in the way. If I do however want a bit of a ‘boost’ I will wear a padded bra/bikini that is specifically designed to increase your bust size. You can buy a whole new bra with the padding already in it or you can buy bra inserts - the cream/liquid filled ones are great. Yes they feel a bit creepy but they do the job.

You can’t make them grow any faster unfortunately. You can get some sparkly bronzer and lightly dust it over your chest which will make it look pretty but that’s about the best I can offer im sorry. When you get older you will become more comfortable with your body. I used to hate my boobs but I like them now and so does my boyfriend :)

I’m 15 too, and if it helps, I have exaclty the same trouble as you do! I find however, that wearing low cut shirts actually looks much better on smaller chested girls than on ones with huge boobs. What I do, is wear a really thickly padded, push up bra. When you wear a low- cut top over it, add a sparkly necklace around your neck and it really does look amazing!

girl just become comfortable with your body. thats what matters. not what other poeple think. if a guy doesnt like you because your boobs are to small then he was interested in the wrong thing anyway. just have patience. things will work out fine. =]

I agree with strangerstar and also I’ve’e seen your pic your not flat chested they’re fine if you were my age and saw you with friends and all of them including you wanted me id go for you only in that situation

im the same way… I wear padded bras, nobody knowss. :)
