If it has been refrigerated the whole time at a tempeture below 40 degrees, YES. But, you will have to reheat in to an interinal temp. of at least 155 degrees for at least 15 seconds. You can keep foods for up to seven days under proper refrigeration and then only reheated once.
No, leftovers must be eaten within 24 hours or you put yourself at risk for food-poisioning.
