I have a power shower and I turn it onto the jet mode and whilst taking a shower I sit down and press it down below. I think it hits my clitoris but I'm not fully sure. It doesn't go up my actual vagina, I don't think. I just want to know if this will do me any harm in the long term...please help me..

Nope nope. Nothing wrong with it, even if it does go up your vagina, when you stand up and as you walk around it'll flow out, anyway.
There's no harm in using the shower head, that I'm aware of. And remember, the clitoris is near the top. ;-)
