YES. its very hard, im 15, and ive been looking for a job for several months now. adults call teens lazy, but when a teen tries to get out and get a job, they cant find one. its very annoying.
Dear jonlaia, It depends on where you live. What are the laws there when hiring under the age of 18. In Canada a 14 year old can work in certain jobs and not in others and they can only work after school hours. So call your local employment agency for this info. A great resume at your age is important…lots of volunteer work on your resume and paper routes etc. really can help. Sue…good luck
