Monster versus Rockstar energy drinks

are monster energy drinks better for you than rockstar??? help please !!! ?

it doesnt really matter what energy drinks you drink. the only thing there good for is if you actually are usuing a lot of energy (like trunning/cycling or playing sport a lot) that way the get a chance to help your body get a boost. otherwise your just filling your body will all these ingredients and chemicals that it doesnt need

nope, both are terrible for you but rockstar tastes better.

they are both horrible for you but if you havent started drinking them, DONT!!! you get addicted to quickly! they are seriously like an addicting drug! For an example I spent over $100 on monsters this week and there all gone already!
