There several reasons why this symptom could occur. It would not do any good for me to list them since 75% of them require you to see a physician. It is important for you to see your physician as soon as possible they are the only ones who can give you a proper diagnosis
Usually discharge from the breast is not a sign of serious dissease. You should see your doctor as a precaution though. Discharge can be a symptom of cancer or lesser disseases but it is probably nothing at all.
