does it really ruin your life to prego as a young teen?

I feel like im commiting a sin or sumething. the question is… is it that bad or does it really ruin your life to prego as a young teen?

Answer #1

it doesnt ruin your life…it just challenges you

everything will turn out great and when you get older and your kid grows up, you won’t regret a thing :) be happy…suicide is never a good option

Answer #2

I would never say that a child ruins your life - it just presents you with a challenge and situation that you have to deal with at a very young age. It’s a very huge decision that you must make when something like that happens. Keep it/Abort It/Adoption. Only the person who is pregnant can make the decision and decide what is right for them, and it should not matter who will judge them.

Also, if you go the bible (which I think is rubbish anyways), all you have to do is ask for forgiveness and supposedly your God will forgive you.

Answer #3

Like all of us - you made a mistake - however through Faith we can be forgiven our mistakes/sins - I believe a baby to be a gift from God regardless of the circumstance - and God doesn’t make mistakes - pregnant as a teen doesn’t necessarily ruin your life - makes a harder road in life ? probably - alter plans you had ? possibly - but not impossible through Faith - you’ll be in my thoughts and prayers.

Well Mary did not have SEX to get pregnant, so she did not commit a sin in getting pregnant. Jesus was conceived of the holy spirit, which is why Joseph did not divorce and publicly shame her.

Answer #5

No it is not bad. It’s not wrong either. It just happens to be a result of lack of caution and preparation in your sexual relationship.

If you’re religious, consider that Mary was not married when she got pregnant; God forgives everything; and let those without sin cast the first stone.

  I choose

I chose to be born, – to live or die, Even the sex, that would be I; I chose the race, from which to appear, Also my wealth, my health and my fear.

I chose my trials and stumbling blocks, And the legs I would use, in all of those walks; I chose my sadness, my joy and my love, I chose to serve and not be above.

I chose this life – with all of its dues, And with each dawn, again I choose; The experiences for me that wait ahead, To be alive, or be claimed dead.

And of the future lives I’ve yet, It is my choice that I begat; All the things, however pleasin’, That shall befall me in those seasons.

Answer #6

WELL THE BIBLE SAYS YOU SHOULD SAVE YOUR SELF FOR MARRAIGE IF WE ARE TALKING ABOUT SINS AND STUFF HERE SO …

Answer #7

well seeing as you used the word “sin”, you probably believe in God. becoming pregnant as a young teen is a “sin” unless you are married. This is because sexual activity is usually involved in becoming pregnant, and sex before marriage is called what? Fornication. and Fornication is a “sin”. Now, sin is wrong to those who believe in it (followers of “The Word”). Therefore, becoming pregnant if it involves sexual activity and is before marriage, is wrong.

Also, faith does not change fact.
