Is doing ringlets in long strait hair possible to achieve quickly?

I have sort of long hair that goes about three or four inches below my shoulder, and its suuuper strait. I want to try some thing different for the last day of school (tuesday). So I was practicing curling my hair with a curling iron to make ringlets (which is what im striving for) but after I got one side of it done, the other side didn’t work near as well. I hated it, and my arms were so tired, and I was bored cause it took a ton of hair spray and like an hour. Does any one know a quicker way to get ringlets for long bone strait hair??

I wouldnt reccomend chemicals or perms but maybe a better, hotter curling iron.

I have a ceramic one with no clamp and it works really quickly and stays for a long time.

I’m a hairstylist and there is no other way that I know of unless you use those sponge rollers while your hair is semi wet (maybe sleep in them overnight but don’t take them out until your hair is completely dry). Do you ever put your hair up with little ringlets on the side? Otherwise, you might should just go to a salon as jennyboomboom suggested. Have it styled. It’d be a lot easier on your arms and a treat for yourself.

you could go to a salon and get a perm
