Is appying toothpaste on pimples gd?

I read here that applying toothpaste on pimples can be gd .I had 5-6 small red pimples near my lips, so I applied Colgate toothpaste on them last nite.bt when I wakeup I see 3 more white pimples hv come up in that area where I had applied paste and earlier red pimples still there and my skin is itching too now.Any advice…?

That is the worst thing you can do to a pimple. Toothpaste will only infect & speard the germs around your face & it will also burn your skin. I suggest boiling some water & putting your face over the steam for a couple of minutes. Also dont touch your face or anything because that will just make the pimple redder. To camouflage your zits dip a fresh cotton stick like the ones you use to clean your ears into your concealer or foundation and dot directly onto the spot. Leave for a few seconds then dot again and blend in. Use a fresh cotton stick every day, so you don’t spread any bacteria.

it works for some people. a lot of models do it on tour. it honestly depends on the chemicals in the tooth paste. your skin can have a really bad reaction or it could work. if you really want to take a chance do it buyt make sure to wash it off and MOISTURIZE after. a lot of people think moisturizing is bad but it makes everything SOO much better if you get an oil-free one. and make sure if you do put tooth paste on ONLY put it on the pimple.
