Is anybody here familiar with paypal? I need some help despirately.

Ok paypal for me is hard to use, I suck with money or anything technical and giving loads of different bit of detail is a nightmare, I chose to create a premium account so I can sell things on ebay, it asks what type of seller I am and I choose “non profit” because im not a business and all the other options were for types of businesses this just seemed logical, of course with my luck paypal now thinks that I am a charity which I am not and I am stuck. It wants me to confirm that im a charity, I cant choose that im not and simply made a mistake, it wont let me send money, it wont even let me close the account and start over when I’ve sold items and theres money in this paypal account. is my money wasted? I cant even send it to another account I create. to me I see no way out, if anyone can help me get out of this, it would be greatly appreciated :(

You really should phone them. They are pretty easy to get hold of, and not too bad customer-service wise. Just tell them exactly where you went wrong and dont hang up till you have it straight in your mind… lol.

Also I forgot to mention, I changed what type of seller I was, but paypal hasnt recognised this and is still telling me to confirm im a charity despite the fact I’ve changed my seller type.
