Why has my ipod touch broken??!!, ok so i bought a new (well refurbished) ipod touch, earlier i was using an app and it jus blacked out on me.
at first i fought it was low battery but iv put it on charge and it still wont turn on, it does not show up on itunes and i dont know what to do cause i dont want to have to go through the trouble of sending it back for a refund and a have a few ‘paid for’ apps that i dont want to loose, any help please!! thanks
Try resetting it by pressing and holding the home and sleep buttons (it’ll take a few seconds). If that doesn’t work, plug it in and use iTunes to restore it to manufacturer settings. If both of those things don’t work, you’ll have no choice but to take it to the apple store.
