Ipod in wash

I accidentally left my ipod in the wash OMG im so upset When I bang it down to try and get the water out it works If I let it dry out will it work? What do I do to save it?!?

One of my mates dropped his mobile in a pool, got it out and put it in the ‘sock part’ of the dryer. Only for a short while. It started to work again! Not saying you should try this, but I found it quite ammusing the mobile worked again. Oh yeah… don’t ask me where the ‘sock part’ is in the dryer cause I do not have one.

your best chance of it ever working again would be to take it apart as much as you can without hurting the electronics and lay it out and don’t touch it for a couple days. Don’t use a hair dryer it might blow water deeper into it. Just let it be and hope for the best! Good luck! If it is ruined go buy an iPhone it is the greatest piece of technology ever invented!

if this ever happens again seeing as my post is 2 years late lol. take it apart as much as possible then put it in a bag of rice for 24 hours. It should help:)
