For the most part my legs are lean, but inbetween them at the top its flabby what can I do to tone it there?
omg I have the exact same problem! im 5'7'' and I weigh 114 so im not really fat but I still have that gross upper leg fat. What I do is eat healthy and do leg flexion exercises. Put weights around your ankles and do leg lifts in different directions with each leg everyday. It hasnt made them go away but they are firmer and at least a little smaller...Good lUck :)
