How do they normally inform users if the site has changed?

Oh ok, I’m not sayin upset about the change just wondering how to know when changes are made, thx so much

You do recall seeing people ask…dozens and dozens of questions, daily, with poor English, grammar and about things they had no need (or desire) to learn about…only to earn points? :)

Not to mention, many of them were questions that were copied off of Yahoo Answers…

Yes I know people have been asking a lot of pointless questions, I was wondering how you know when changes have been made on the site, I understand where ur comeing from with the points for questions, they r useless questions sometimes
