The small intestines have microvilli to increase surface area and therefore increase the rate of absorption
The stomach lining prevent s digestive enzymes and acids entering into other regions and causing damage
The muscular movements of the oesophogus move food to the stomach
the epiglottis helps prevent choking after food ingestion
the cells in the mouth are stratified epithelium to contend with all the absrasion that occurs there during chewing
well lets see, um absorbs nutrients, breaks down food, removes wastes, i cant think of any right now its kinda late
Stomach, Liver, Large Intestines, Small Intestines and Gallbladder.
