well im 5 months pregnant and I need some advice on foods that I cant eat that would get me full. I eat a lot, but I always feel hungry. before I got pregnant it was hard getting full and gaining weight also. I weigh 119, and my dr wants me to gain 25lbs! thats a lot! any suggestions?
well you could fill up on starches. mashed potatoes, rice, ect. but once you hit that 7 month mark is when you will gain those extra pounds. try eating healthy 3 coarse meals. like a salad, soup, then roast chicken with a baked potatoe and rice. but I would not worry about the weight gain as much.
