im 16 and moving in with my boyfriend with parent permission

im 16 and my boyfriend is 18 and we’ve decided to move in together since I just got pregnant with his child.I talked to my mom and asked her about moving in with him and she agreed shes aware of the situation my question is .”is it legal for me to move since I have permission regardless of my age”???

it depends where yuu live because where I live 16 yuu can move out no matter wahht

yeah you can as long as you have parent permission you can live where ever you want but some states are very strict with dating so be careful ?

if she gave you permission then yes i guess its legal…the only way it would be illegal is if she doesnt agree then you would have to go to court and get emancipated and all that paper work but as long as she doesnt have a problem everything is good!
