im 14 in nc n i need to move out!

Ok im 14 years old n i turn 15 in about 3 months. I need to move out or get emancipated or watever will get me out of my house. My dad is a drug addict n i dont live with him. I live with my mother n me n her constantly fight. My older sister dropped out of school n does extacy n snorts coke in our house n my mother knows this n lets her do what she wants. My mother alienates me from my best friend who is like a sister to me. My mother is on food stamps n has no car. I cannot wait until im 18 to move out. My best friends parents will let me move in with them but my mother does not approve. What can i do to help my self in this situation?

What you need to do to get advice about this is Call 451-teen you really need help! but really its all up to your mom and dad but if it gets really serious then you can get a lawyer and the lawyer will go to court with you at no cost and fight this case with you and help you get out of this

Get emancipated i was going to and then your mom doesnt have a choice because you are your own adult then and then go live with your friend i believe the state gives you money… i hope that this helps my step mom was abusive to me and then one day i told my dad if he didnt get me out of there i would emancipte myself well he did but if you need someone to talk to i will listen if you want.. if you have a myspace look my up my email is johnnydepp_lovesme@yahoo.com

consult with dss who will make a home visit and evaluate your home environment and decide if it is unsafe for you to live there. if not they will move you out of your home.
