If I fall down on the street can I get disability from my job.

If I fall down on the street and I can not work can I get disability from my job or not. Any answer is welcome thank you.

if your working than you walk out on the street …u can

but if your home than you fall down on the street nooo you can get no job desability

I believe is only when you get heardd in the job hoursss

I thought you were asking if you could get like ssi, and disability. Um it depends on the job, if you’re hurt badly and cannot work than you should. I guess it also depends on the injury too! I hope I helped :)

Temporary disability is a benefit payable if a job-related injury or illness results in an inability to work for more than 3 calendar days. In cases where hospitalization is required, the employee is disabled as a result of a criminal act of violence or, the loss of time exceeds 14 days, temporary disability is paid for the first three days. The waiting period starts the first day following the date of injury. No charge is made for absence on the day of injury.
