If I do well at Mid Michigan community college.

If I do well at Mid Michigan community college. Here is the question, if I do well at Mid Michigan community college, would I be able to accomplish my goal to attend BYU in Provo Utah? I’m wondering since I do want to attend BYU but, the only thing I’m afraid of is being homesick and missing my friends back here in Michigan. If I do end up going to BYU in a few years or so, how should I adjust to Provo? This is only if I get accepted.

Well, I would suggest first finding out if your credits at your current school are accepted at BYU. If they are then yes, work hard, party less (not too much partying done at BYU anyways) and you have a great chance. Are you a member of the LDS church?

Now-going away to school is, of course, exciting and scary. But if you never try it you will not now what your missing out on. Believe me, meeting new people and seeing new places is the only way to gain experience. You will be homesick for a bit but this will pass as time goes by- try not to go so often, call home a little less, and find a cool group of people. Provo is a very pretty place and the people I have met there are very nice.
