If I am pregnant can my mom make me stay in HER house?

If I am pregnant and Have a place to go with my fiance’ and I am 17 can my mom legally stop me from moving out?? Or can I move in with my fiance’s parents without getting my fiance’ In any Trouble?

Probably until you reach the ‘age of majority’, usually 18 or marriage.

I know that here, you can legally move out at 16

Not if you get emancipated…A minor is usually emancipated if she’s expecting a child,getting married (Must have guardian signature) or if the court finds that living on their own is in the best interest of themselves and the parents. For this to take place, there is a fee, and the minor must be at least sixteen years of age. Here is some information:
