I have no idea what Im doing

Im really extremly horribly shy. At school i only have a few close awesome friends that i can trust. my friends have told me im nice and caring but im worried that people at school think Im stuck up or cold, and Im not.I wear baggy hoodies and smile when I talk to anyone ( but not too much that its creepy) I walk akwardly in the hallways, and I never raise my hand in class. i really just wanna make people happy, but i have no idea where to start. ive researched tons of stuff but i cant seem to come up with the right answer. What do people usually assume about a really shy quiet girl?

Maybe its because you dont speak much in class.

i was the same way in high school. i am 19 . now that i am out of high school i have got more out going. with me they knew i was shy, but i tryed to be myself when with my two close friends and that helped with people to talk to me more and saw my real side. i hope this helps.
