Is is true that IcyHot and plastic wrap helps you lose weight?

Is it true, that if you rub your stomach with icyhot and wrap yourself in plastic wrap, and sleep with it on overnight, that you will lose inches off your waist ?

Sweating dehydrates you. You lose a little water weight. Water weight does not add to the rolls of your fat. It is not visible accept on a scale.

No. It might cause wrinkles to form, though, like after taking a shower and walking out into the cold.

The best way to lose weight is to eat right and work out on a regular basis. Dont listen to what people tell you because the only way to get good results is to live a healthy life style!

I dont know about the icyhot, but seran wrap will make you sweat and cause you to loose water weight. once you drink more water you will gaib it back. it is a temporary fix for some people if they want to fit into a cute dress or outfit, but its not a permanet fix. you must be very aware of dehydration. you obviously cant just stop drinking water abd always wrap yourself or you will dehydrate. you should still consume required daily water. I would also think that wearing it to do physical activities would work better than while you sleep. you will sweat a lot so you may not want to wear it in public if you get imbarrased about a soaking wet shirt. I feel more comfortable wearing it in my home while doing house work or exercise videos.

When you apply IcyHot to your stomach your skin will sweat due to the added heat. When you wrap your stomach in plastic wrap, it keeps in that heat and makes you sweat more. As you sweat, your body loses water, which makes you appear as if you lost weight.

As soon as you drink something or eat something, you will put that weight back on.
