I was very nervous of starting high school myself like any other teen. I though it was going to be very scary expecially since i did not speak much english and i was very self consious. I was very shy and i kept on being this way all throughout my senior year when i decided to just be myself and not care. About your urges, is just because you are nervous, once you get through your head there is nothing to e nervous about you will be fine. See i just started a job this monday and already i have made friends well befriended co workers. I suggets don’t drink as much water. And don’t be nervous and remember that you are not the only one with this problem. Even though you will be at school, if teachers try to take advantage of you do not let them because they tend to do that. Stand up for youself without disrespecting them and think twice before you say anything. Make friends, but don’t share much about yourself. Let others talk and you listen. If they ask you a personal question, ask it back or change the subject without them noticing. The less they know the better unless you really become best friends with some oen which i suggest you take your time with that. Be nice and treat others how you would like to be treated but don’t let them take advantage of you. That way they will see that you are a great person but smart. Anyways.. hope this helps.. any more questions feel free to ask =D

Hi!

That used to happen to me as a kid, actually. If I was far from a restroom or didn’t know where one was, I would have to go immediately. I grew out of it eventually, but I was a pretty anxious person back then. You may want to consider the following things to limit your anxiety:

  • Yoga, meditation
  • Warm baths with relaxing / scented candles
  • Regular massage
  • Therapy / anti-anxiety medication

Good luck.
