How can I get dark eyeliner?
I cantnever make my bottom eyelid to look right. and my pencil eyeliners stink! how can I get my eyeliner to look dark, and not melt?
Putting powder or flower in or around your eyes is NOT A GOOD IDEA. That’s just begging for an infection. Try using liquid eyeliners.

well, what I do is light the eyeliner pencil with a lighter on the tip of the point and than dab it a little than put it on and it should go on dark.
