you need to understand that you cant change your hip BONES, bones cant be changed, but if you have exess fat on there, that can be worked off
3.weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight
Make sure you maintain a healthy balance. and cut out junk food. But remember you CAN treat yourself once in a while. Just make sure you have plenty of fruit and veg, water and exercise. Hope this helps :]
the best way to get thinner is to run everyday and DONT eat any fast food or juck food e.g Mc Donalds, but dont get to thin cause that turns boys off as well!
Want a flat tummy? Go jogging. Drink more water. If you want flavor go for Propell. Cut the fatty foods out of your diet. Instead of a piece of cake,why not some dried fruit and nuts? Good luck.
lots of cardio exercise is the only safe and healthy way…ya gotta sweat and get out of breath everyday for at least 20 minutes…run, bicycle, jump rope…
