got any tips or hints?

You are going to have to do a lot of running, pushups, situps, jump rope etc… Physical conditioning is huge. Also try looking for a local amature boxing club to join, and well work up from there. good luck!

You have to strengthen your stamina to stand long in every fight.. take a long or run or jogging every early morning or every practice… Discipline yourself, avoid cigarettes or other bad habits.
