got any tips or hints?
You are going to have to do a lot of running, pushups, situps, jump rope etc... Physical conditioning is huge. Also try looking for a local amature boxing club to join, and well work up from there. good luck!
You have to strengthen your stamina to stand long in every fight.. take a long or run or jogging every early morning or every practice... Discipline yourself, avoid cigarettes or other bad habits.
Move fast when you have to, conserve energy when you can, and hit hard.
