I want to LOSE WEIGHT SO FAST !!!

hiya all ! am 17 years old and am 5”6” ft tall and weight 62kg now :( I’d love to lose about 12kg as quickly as I can . like in 2 weeks or so but just dono how ,
could anyone give me some clues? !

unless you lost a leg, then your not going to loosse it in 2 weeks first go to a doctor and get your bmi correctly calculated for your age and height he/she will be able to tell you what weight range your in, and were you should be you probably dont need to losse any weight and 50kgs sounds like a dangerouse weight range to be in for your height so see a doctor

Kiss the vending machine good-bye. Don’t eat past 5 pm. Cut your carbs (bread, rice, etc) down by half and replace with lean mean/veggies. Don’t drink soda unless it’s diet. Tone your muscles (push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups) since lean muscle burns a lot of fat and walk every morning to feel better. Caffeine and exercise curb your appetite. Stay away from places where food is readily acceptable.

12KG in 2 weeks? Wow, that would be a dream. 12KG’s is about 24ish lbs (so nearly 2 stones). If anyone lost that in 2 weeks it would be dangerous or they would have to be ill. You cannot lose that amount of weight that quickly… and if you do, it wouldn’t be fat, it would probably be water and lean muscle mass (which IS NOT what you want). To lose weight you would need to eat healthily and exercise (cardio and resistance training). It’s safe to lose about 2lbs a week, so to lose your 12KG’s I’d say if you done it properly and healthily you might be able to lose it in 8 to 12 weeks.
