Why do I still have discharge after my period?

I’ve already had my period for a few years now, but like every hour of every day I get this white stuff in my underwear.. I know its called vaginal discharge..but is it normal to have it after your period? because I see people saying its normal before you have your first period.. but I’ve already had my first period

Answer #1

Women have discharge all month long; it has nothing to do with your period. Discharge is how the vagina stays clean. We make more when we are in the mood to act as a lubricant for sexual activity.

Answer #2

yes, it is your body’s own way to clean itself. Especially after your period, it just gets all that stuff out.

I have not seen mt period but am expecting it soon. But am scared if iam pregnant because I had a sexual intercourse with my fiance some fews days back. I took a contraceptive pill after some days though but I think we had sex on my ovulation day.

I took another one again recently and immediately I started having whitish and smelly discharge from my virgina and a severe back and waist pain. Is this normal and what should I do in this process/ Thank you for your anticipated prompt response. tammartprod@yahoo.com

It’s ovulation when your ovaries release eggs, no big deal don’t worry about it :)
