I think I might have an eating problem

ok, I’ve been watching my weight latley. for like the last 2 months. and last month, we were a little short on cash, so my dad said my mum couldnt go shopping til we ate everything out of the freezer, fridge, and pantry. so the las few weeks, when I make dinner for my boyfriend, little sister and I, I dont eat as much. like at all a few bites, and I cant eat anymore.

all I ate today were like a few pieces of popcorn chicken, and I was full. that was 6 hours ago, and im still full…

is that a problem? am I ok? or what?

I just want to eat again

and for the last 2 months, I just keep getting really bad stomach cramps. and im no gaining any weight, but I look all bloated and icky…

whats wrong with me?

I havent really talked about it with my mum… and I dont really want to… or see a docter… whats your opinion about me?

Answer #1

im passed my period…

I cant eat… I want to… and I try, bu I feel like I’ll barf if I take another bite…

its constant cramps, not before I get my period… but constant for the last 2 months (and now my boyfriends friends think im pregnant because hes always got his hands on my belly, because he knows I dont feel good, plus I look like im pregnant… and that helps their theory)

Simply a Rose to brighten your day,

    And maybe lessen the cares in your way;
And also, too, to help you to know,
That in knowing you, many others grow!

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

An eating disorder is much much more than just loosing weight. It is a mental disorder too and I don’t think you’ve got an eating disorder, but maybe just your body is changing and is rejecting a lot of food.

Maybe you should try talking to your parents. They might be able to help. Maybe it’s period related but maybe not. Talk to them, I know it’s hard but just do it. They’ll be able to help, I’m sure!!

Good luck, let me know how it goes xx
