How can I quickly lose weight?

Ok im in 9th grade, and I weigh 190 And I just auditioned for this acting thing and so now I have to go to a conventionin dallas, there will be movie directors there and if they like me I could get a part. I want to go from a size 17 to a size11 or 12

please im crying and freaking out the convention is on november 21 and it is the 25 right now PLEASE HELP!!

um you dont even really need a gym. you need to cut calories down. all junk food gone. no fatty snacks and avoid high sugared foods try to cut your diet down to 1200 calories a day if possible. if not then aim for 1400. start by just getting 20 minutes of cardio a day. this could be running, hiking, swimming, and even dancing. if you dont like the idea of “excersize” then turn up your favorie booty shakin music and shake what your mama gave ya :) try to get 20 min a day the first week and then 30 then next and 40 the next and so on. doing extra little things help to. like taking the stairs whenever you can. and if you have free time do some jumping jacks or crunches just by doing 30-50 crunches a day will help hugely with stomach flab. youll notice the difference fast and itll help you lose the weight you need. remember. always keep a positive additude. in order for this to work the words “I cant” and “its to hard” dont exist. halloweens coming up. DONT LET THE CANDY TEMPT YOU! you can do it. just set your mind to it and get it done.

k if you want to lose some weigh go to your school gym or liek any gym and use machines liek the tread mill any cardio vascular machines since they focas on teh weight loss.. use tehm for liek 30 mins MAX at a time everyday use the machines for your abs too they ll help a lot good luck -hockey=)

Do this (lost 9 pounds so far:)- 2 proteins/day. 2 fruits/day. 4 veggies/day. 2 starches/day. 2 snacks/day. 10 glasses water/day. 3 glasses milk/day. Excercise at least and hour a day. It doesn’t have to be boring. Like others have said, dancing, swimming, etc. are all fun and you can do it for a long time and lose weight. No sugar! If you’re baking, use Splenda, and if you’re buying, get sugar-free or no sugar added snacks. Sugar-Free candy is great and you can have it on Halloween. Good Luck!

Dont have surgery. yes its quick buh its a lot of pain and and costs a lot of money. But dont starve yourself either.Substitue surgary foos and fatty food for fruit and veg. Cellary and cucumber are great as they are mainly water based and so you feel fuller without eating so many calories. Also exercise … walk for about half an hour 45 minuets a day . you dont havt to go over board but when you feel the walk is too easy the start to jog. then run . as it get easier from runnign start running up hills. and start running longer. hope this helps. I started doing it a month ago and I’ve lost a stone. so good luck :)
