i REALLY need o lose weight. Im talking about 80-90 pounds. Im 200 and i want to be around 110-120pds. Im 13 years old and 5'5". it is genetic and whatever i eat makes me gain weight and there is no way i can lose it and i am a binge eater. i can barely exercise and have no equipment or energy anyway. I JUST WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!!!!! i also have diabetes and sleep apnea(and i want to get rid of that)
can anybody give me a list of exercises(without equipment) and REALLY healthy foods to help me slim down asap. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
try 2 eat healthy,even with those genetics,you can still loose weight,eat vegetables n fruits,dont eat anythin with more da 3 grams of fat or grasy n fried food,no rice,no bread...2 exercise u dont need equipment,you can do squats,lunges,crunches,sit-ups,dancin (which is da best 1 4 me),n jus about anythin dat makes u sweat,do them 4 a long time,atleast 2 hours 5 days a week.Ur health should be enough reason 2 loose all dat weight!!...GOOD LUCK!!
