Here is a idea, get your cats spayed and neutered, Go to the local shelter and adopt the kittens you need and then you will save there life.

I’m going to assume you meam “mate” and not “masturbate”

If your 8 month old female cat has not had her first heat yet (a cat’s version of a period) she cannot get pregnant yet. Once she goes into heat your male (if he is not nuetered) will go crazy over her and you will have kittens, don’t worry a bout that.

HOWEVER!!

For your cats safety and the safety of the kittens you NEED to wait until she is at LEAST a year old. If you let her get pregnant during her first heat (you need to wait until her 2nd or 3rd) it increases the chances of many risks to her health and the kittens’ health. Keep her locked in the house and separated from your other cat during her first heat.
