so as of 2 fridays ago my life has literally been a living hell... you have no idea...
and I need to calm down, or forget things, get stuff off my mind. but how do I do that???
Go for a walk everyday after school while listening to some music,play some games with friends or simply try to think of other things that make you laugh. If you have a tiny ball that's sqeezable,sqeeze it every time you feel your getting angry.
get started on a hobby...find something you enjoy doing...or just go hang out with friends and keep your mind off whatever it is! having fun takes your mind of things!
Stay busy - fill your day with volunteering if necessary - everyone has trying times, prayer helps me...Take care !!
