Help ! I need the "correct" term to write

In english class we were told that in next lesson(tomorrow) we had to right about our self including -nationality -colour -age Ect ect …

But I dont know if white english is the right term to use … Is it ? Or could it be white british … Cause I get confused easily bout this

Answer #1

White British is the correct term. But if you mention the facts separately then you can say you are caucasian and of an English heritage/ background =) The official term on forms and suchlike is always White British though. I would not have thought it would matter too much what you put if it is just for a school project anyway as techincally any way of putting it is correct, just not necessarily the ‘norm’ or offical way of phrasing it.

Answer #2

im saying english :P

Answer #3

First of all, it’s “‘Caucasian”‘, not “‘white”‘

Your nationality would be British, because that is your birth nation…just as my nationality would be Canadian, but I’m of Irish descent.

Answer #4

but I dont know if I should write british or english cause everyone uses the term british … but I was born in england not 4 countries =S

Answer #5

Answer #6

Your nation is your country…so if England is your country, then yes - it would be English.

Answer #7
