I’m curious as to what your “diet” consists of.

With no information providing your height and age, I can’t really help you with a “sensible” weight loss plan.

I think you should take the focus off of POUNDS and more onto what you look like. At 125 you can be very fit and attractive. Muscle outweighs fat. And for every pound of muscle, you burn 50 more calories a day just to sustain that muscle.

Check out what your body fat percentage is. ( you can use calipers.. you know those pinching things or a scale that uses pulses to find your fat %. Calipers are more accurate.)

And then you should go from there.

Ok I got your age and height from another post you made… so

At 125 lbs 15 yrs and 5’3” - Your basic calorie needs (what your body burns by just merely existing.): 1375

Your resting metabolic rate (rate of calorie burn when you factor in daily activities):2200

Your BMI (Body Mass Index): 21.79

Your Body Fat % (estimate) : 24.20%

The ideal for body fat % is 21% You are carrying 11 percent more body fat than the ideal.

Your weight from fat: 30.25 (which is good!)

By all of my calculations your weight loss goal should be to lose about 3 1/2 lbs. Just eat healthy and workout and that should be a breeze for you! Then I would just take your focus to maintaining a healthy shape and tone.

Hope this helps!
