I need help on the back handspring!!!

I'm on my high school cheerleading team and I'm really the only girl flexable enough to do flips but since like a year or two I've been able to do back handsprings and back tucks and stuff like that on my trampoline..what is the easiest way to learn to do that stuff on the ground? I can do it on the ground with a spotter but I don't know it seems hard on the ground? help what's the easiest way to learn on to do it on the ground??
