Very good friend of mine died, how to get over this?
Today at school I found out a very good friend of mine died and right now tears are pouring down my face. How can I get over this? I need help!!!
You really can’t get over it, it stay’s with you for ever. It kind of gets easyer along tha way but tha first couple of months and tha first yr is tha hardest. People deals w/ death different so do what you fell and deal w/ it tha best you can. I know have it fells because my friend got killed at 16 last summer and it still hard I fell myself at times cryin and what helps me is I go to his grave.So I hoped I have help and remember it helps to your friends w/ you because if it wasn’t for my friend being their it would have been harder.
you can’t get over it. you need to move on, but after greiving for a little while. you just found out today, so I can’t tell you to stop crying, as it is good right now to get it out. Just let it out… you’re going to be sad for awhile. I am sorry for your loss..
I’m really sorry for your loss. Death is a very difficult thing to have to live through especially when you don’t expect it. When I was in high school one of my friends died of an asthma attack. It was really hard on me and I cried a lot. The things that made it easier was talking about it especially with my friends. We were all in shock and this helped us feel better. We also went to the funeral and showed how much we cared which was really good for the family. It’s going to be tough but hang on in there. I know it’s hard but you just go to cry and let it out. I will get easier with time. Try to concentrate on the good stuff, the good memories and cherish the time you had l together.
