What are good chicken recipes?

My very favorite:

Chicken Pasta Primevera Ingredients -3-4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces -1 bell pepper chopped -1/2 yellow or white onion chopped -1 red bell pepper chopped -2-3 fresh carrots shredded (you can buy them already shredded in the store) -1 small package frozen broccoli pieces -1 zuchinni chopped -1 tomato chopped -1 package twisty pasta (not egg noodles)

Cook chicken pieces and onion in 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat until done. Remove from pan. Boil your water for the pasta. Follow pakage directions to cook pasta. Add all the vegetables to the same pan the chicken was in except for the tomato. Add one more tablespoon of olive oil. Turn heat up to medium-high.Stirring often. Cook until vegetables are almost tender, about 15 minutes. When cooked, add chicken back to vegetables and cook for about 3 minutes. Finally, add the tomatoes. Cook for about another 3 minutes. Serve over twisty noodles and top with parmesan cheese. Fabulous!
