I think this guy and he is really nice and hot but I can never seem to get his attention
and he always flirts with me on like certain days then he goes back to ignoring me and beign all stupid does me like me or is he just flirting for the fun of it?

Most likely he is just flirting with you for the fun of it. In your case, I would make him come to you instead of you always going after him.
