i’ve had this problem before… and we did what sue said… but after we talked it out… we both realized we didn’t really like him… try it… it’s the best thing you can do

Dear m39an8, This is the time for honesty with your friend. You need to say to her that …hey you like him, I like him lets both agree that neither of us will ever date him. Give her a hug and make the promise to each other. Sue…good luck
