try doing this:

  1. eat when your actually hungry. (not when you crave a food(just to be sure have a glass of water before you eat))
  2. when you are hungry eat what you want to eat. 3)when eating eat until you are full and not bloated, to make sure you do this always leave sumthin on ur plat! nothing small something reasonable. 4)excercise a little just start of at 1 at a tym like working out your abs.

this might sound wierd but it works!! well it did for me! when your hungry and u dont eat your bady starts to stor fat so when your are hungry and do not eat it will still have food. eating what you like is because your bady knows what it needs so doing this will satisfy your body. now more importantly you have to know the diference between crving for a food that being hungry, when your crave something this feeling comes on straight away were actual hunger is gradual. please make sure you eat untill you are full and eat slowly not fast but slow.

Try changing up your diet. Reduce food intake and get stronger by exercising. Just do whatever you can to keep moving and find something that you really enjoy doing that keeps you on the move. Mostly stay away from food you know is bad for you and drink lots of water.
