I keep on having unappropriate dreams

what do I do im only 13 for crying out loud and I have these rude dreams every night for god knows how long. what do they mean and how can I stop them. this is really killing and eating away at me inside

I’m not sure what you mean by rude so I’m going to assume you mean sexual. It’s actually quite normal in fact I’m sure you’ll find as time goes on that a lot of your friends are having similar dreams. My best advice is to not let it bother you. Everyone has sex dreams. I sure as heck do…and I did when I was 13 too, and a lot of ‘em. Don’t sweat it kid. It’ll pass.
